IN THE FIELD OF YOGA INSTRUCTION, THAT'S LISA!I have been practicing yoga under the impeccable instruction of Lisa Eurich since earlier this year. During this time I feel transformed physically, emotionally, and spiritually. I am stronger, more flexible, and my balance is on the mark. Lisa's serene light, energy, and hypnotic-like voice take me full-circle in a comprehensive class that begins with relaxation and intention-setting, stretching, salutations, moving with fluidity to postures (asanas and vinyasas) that exceed my body's expectations, to ending with relaxation (savasana)and chants. All the while, I am reminded to breath and feel the connection to my body. Lisa is a hands-on instructor who demonstrates all postures and assists students when necessary, guiding each one to go at their own pace and to do what feels comfortable. She is a beacon in the field of yoga instruction because she not only embodies 15 years of experience - bringing the mind, body, and spirit into full expression in each class - but because she exemplifies in persona, appearance, and spirit the light and empowerment of a true master.

Lisa graduated in the first class of The Chicago School of Thai Massage
in 2008 and became our first assistant in the second class in 2009. We
honored her by
choosing her as our assistant because of her strong work ethic, her
integrity, her love of the work, and her compassionate heart. Even
though she lived near Milwaukee
at the time, she could always be counted on to be there on-time and in
good spirits. She worked well with the students, sharing what she knew
and helping them through their challenges and difficulties. We
appreciate Lisa because she is a life long learner. One of those
